You can send a test of your follow-up email to view how it will look before setting it live. To send a test email, navigate to the Follow-up Emails section of the Spently app using the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Select the email that you are looking to send a test email of and click on the Pause and Edit button:
Next, you will want to back to that template and select the Edit Template option:
Then, look for the template with the green checkmark. Click on Edit:
Once you are in the email template builder, click on the gray Send Test button on the top left-hand corner. You will be prompted to enter the email address that you want the test email to go to:
After that is done, click on the green Save Follow Up button and then Save and Confirm.
Finally, you will want to click on the green Set Live button on the top right-hand corner to set that email live again.
