All of your email templates contain contact information in the footer. These appear as "Liquid Text" which we pull in from your settings. Below is examples of what liquid text look like in the builder:

  • {{spently.store.email}}

  • {{spently.store.name}}

  • {{spently.store.address}}

  • {{spently.store.phone}}

Once the email has been sent to the customer the liquid text will populate from your company settings.

You can change the store information in the footer by updating your company settings in the app. Once you are in the app, you will want to click on the "Settings" tab on the left hand side and then "Company Settings".

Once you are in "Company Settings," you will have the ability to update your store's address, phone number, sender email as well as any social media links. Please remember to click on the green "Save" button on the top right hand corner once you are done updating.

**Friendly reminder that you will need to publish your updated templates to Shopify again in order for the changes to be reflected when the emails are sent out.**
