Spently powers all of the transactional emails you send through Shopify. Customizing your Shopify notification emails is the easiest way to drive repeat purchases for your store. Our merchants typically see a 10% increase in their total sales!

1. Adjusting your brand settings.
Adjust your brand colors once and Spently will apply them across all the notifications within the template set. If you're doing this for the first time, Spently will help grab your brand colors. You can either adjust the colors in the dialogue window as shown below or at any time inside the builder.
2. Creating your Shopify notification set.
Now that you've nailed your brand colors, it's time to start designing your notification emails! Spently's "drag and drop" builder means you don't need to be a developer to get the most out of your transactional emails.
Each email template comes with our recommendation of marketing components such as personalized recommendations, discounts, and referrals. They come from our years of experience helping thousands of Shopify merchants. But feel free to adjust the settings, remove, or swap them out to fit your needs.
It is super easy to customize all of your Shopify notification emails at once. You can do this by using the Theme Settings on the right-hand side of the builder. The video below gives you an example of how to design all of your notification emails in no time at all. It's really that easy!
You may also check and adjust individual emails by clicking on the appropriate email name from the left side of the builder.
Keep in mind that your notification emails are the highest opened emails you can send your customers. Make sure to leverage Spently's marketing components to help you drive repeat purchases!
3. Setting your Shopify notifications live.
Once you are satisfied with your notification email set, it's time to set them live on Shopify! Just click the green "Set live" button on the top left corner of the builder. This will lead you to the Export page, where you'll be guided step by step to set your notification emails live on Shopify. Here is another article that explains the process in greater detail.
