We use usage based billing to ensure that you are always on the correct plan to suit your needs. Here is a breakdown of all of the pricing and plans. You can also see these by clicking here.
If you have less than 50 orders per month, you can use Spently for free on our Starter plan! If you average 51 orders or more a month, we will be able to recommend the correct plan for you.
You will be able to see what plan you are on in the Spently app. Simply click to "Usage & Plans" on your Spently dashboard. Here you will see what plan you are on, your current usage for the month and when your plan resets. If you are on a paid plan, you will be charged on the day your plan resets.
For all paid plans (Essential and above) you will start each month on the Essential and move up to the correct plan depending on your order volume. If your average order volume falls below 51 orders a month, you will be able to manually move down to our free plan. Please note; Spently cannot accept any charges for you and this must be done by the account holder. Your auto follow-up emails will also be paused if you move to the Starter Plan.
If you move onto one of our paid plans, we give you a complimentary 14 day trial to try the Spently app out. By activating the 14 day trial, you accept the Spently terms of service for the paid plans and will be charged at the end of this trial. Recurring payments will start 30 days from when the terms of service are accepted and will appear on your Shopify bill. Please note, as your billing starts from when you move on to a paid plan, your billing cycle may be different from Shopify. However all of our billing is done through Shopify.
