Spently supports Tracktor Order Tracking without the need to manually adjust your email template's code. This integration will allow you to easily change the Track Package link, so it directs to your Tracktor page instead of Shopify's default. Follow the instructions below to set it up.
1. While editing the Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, Shipment out for delivery, or Shipment Delivered email in Spently, you can select the Tracktor component under Integrations on the right. Simply drag & drop it on to the template you’re editing. You can also edit the default URL path if you have changed it.
Once a customer clicks on the Track Your Order button, they will be directed to the Tracktor page, where their tracking information will be prepopulated.
