All of the emails contain contact information in the footer. These appear as "Liquid Text" which we pull in from your settings. Below is examples of what liquid text look like in the builder;
Once the email has been sent to the customer the liquid text will populate from your company settings. You can change what appears in footer by updating your company settings in the app. Do find these all you need to do is click the cog symbol on the left hand side and click on "Company Settings".
Once you have done this, make sure to set your updated templates live onto Shopify again to ensure the changes are reflected.
